Even from the scaffolding.

Estimating, quoting, planning, logging hours and invoicing in one system. Everything you can do in the office, you can do on your phone too — send a quote, add a photo to a work order, get an invoice out the door. Not just look at it.

For carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, roofers and general contractors — any tradesperson who quotes and invoices.

For international teams and expats

One of the few that also speaks English.

Most of the other packages we tested run in Dutch only. If you employ expats or other international tradespeople, they're working in a language they can't read. Bouw365 runs fully in both languages — switched with one click, not a separate licence or a translation plugin bolted on top.

Why another construction package

We tried all of them. That is where this comes from.

Bouw365 did not start on a drawing board. It started while looking for software for our own construction business. Four packages, three trial periods, and the same four things wrong every time.

  1. 01

The app turns out to be a viewer

The brochure says "mobile app". In practice, on the road you can only look at what was entered back at the office. Send an invoice? Back to the laptop. Add a photo to the quote? Can't.

  2. 02

The price on the site is never the price

Planning is a module. Time tracking is a module. Work orders are a module. What started at ten euros a month is four times that after the sales call — plus onboarding, plus a year-long contract.

  3. 03

A second trade name is a second subscription

Work under two names — a contracting business and a separate brand for verandas, say — and almost every package simply charges you twice. For the same person, at the same kitchen table.

  4. 04

You never see what you actually made

You see revenue. You see outstanding invoices. But the question that actually matters — what's the total margin on everything I won this quarter — ends, with almost everyone, in an Excel export.

Bouw365 does the exact opposite.

What's inside

Eight modules. One price. No extra work billed on your subscription.

Estimating

Calculate with your own norms and your own hourly rates. Import your supplier's net price list and it's ready as your own item catalogue — no retyping 400 lines by hand.

Quotes

With photos, optional line items and your own house style. The client signs digitally. Sent from your own email address, not your supplier's.

Projects

An accepted quote automatically becomes a project. One screen shows what's running, what's delivered and what's still open — even with ten projects at once.

Scheduling and hours

Who's where this week. You log hours on the project, from your phone, on the day itself — so they don't have to be reconstructed from memory on Friday evening.

Work orders

Log extra work the moment it happens, with a photo and the client's signature attached. That awkward conversation afterwards never has to happen.

Invoices

Instalment invoices, partial invoices and reminders. Connects to your bookkeeping, so your accountant doesn't start over on what you've already entered.

Margin overview

The total margin of every accepted quote over a period. One screen, on your home page. No after-the-fact calculation, no export, no pivot table.

Records and WKB

Photos, drawings and handover documents attach to the project. The quality file builds itself while you work, not the week before handover.

On site

The phone is not a viewer.

We kept one rule while building this: if it works in the office, it works on the phone. Not viewing — doing. Even without signal in the basement; what you enter goes along the moment you're back online.

  • Build and send a quote, standing in the client's hallway
  • Job site photos straight onto the quote or work order
  • Send the invoice from your phone, the day of handover
  • Log hours on the right project, in two taps
  • Get the work order signed on screen, by the client themselves

FAQ

What people ask first

Can I really send an invoice from my phone?

Yes. Building and sending a quote, sending an invoice, adding a photo, getting a work order signed, logging hours — all in the app. That was the starting point, not something added later.

I work under two trade names. Do I pay twice?

No. Add as many trade names to your account as you like, each with its own logo, colours and quote template. One subscription.

Do I have to re-enter all my prices?

No. Import your existing calculations from Excel and your suppliers' net price lists. They land in your own item catalogue, and you keep calculating with your own margins.

Does it work with my bookkeeping?

Invoices pass through to your bookkeeping software, so you never enter them twice. If your package isn't listed yet, let us know — we build the integrations customers actually use first.

What happens if I have no signal?

You just keep working. What you enter is saved locally and syncs the moment you're back online. Basements, new-builds with nothing but concrete around you — this was built for exactly that.

Where is my data stored?

On servers within the EU. You can export everything at any time — quotes, projects, invoices, photos — even if you decide to stop.

Am I locked into anything?

No. You try it for fourteen days without a credit card, and after that it's cancel any month. No minimum term, no quarterly notice period.

Want to give it a try?

Leave your email address. You'll get an invitation to your own environment and fourteen days to see if it fits how you work.
